Due to popular demand, we have started a new self-defense class that is
oriented more towards people who want to learn to defend themselves without
going through a comprehensive martial arts curriculum. This class is
specially designed to quickly get you confident in your ability to defend
yourself. It incorporates everything from cardio exercise to practical
self defense techniques anyone can do. You will gain strength,
conditioning and confidence while learning easy moves to help you fight back
in dangerous situations.
The course is structured so that each
class will teach basic skills you can put to use immediately, no matter what
physical shape you are in. Since cardio conditioning is included with
every class, you will gain strength, flexibility, agility and endurance.
This will not only help you in defending yourself, but help you loose
weight, tone muscles, feel more energetic, and give you a new
perspective in all aspects of life.
Schedule: The first 8-week session will start on
March 8th. Classes will meet once a week on Saturday morning from 10am
- 12 noon.
